• Fund support for 10 agricultural members: 50,000,000 won, for 20 groups, 516 persons
• Overseas on-site study touring to see advanced agricultural technology: 32 persons to Japan
• Holding contests: 564 persons participated during 2 days
• Education on right mind for civilians and promotion of project activity: 288 persons in 4 times

2. Raising agricultural leaders to lead local farming

• Holding festival to revive the morale for farmers: 120 persons
• Operating the project "make green field in winter": 79.3 ha, 20 locations
• Education on special technology for special crops: 150 persons
• Meeting to activate organization and action to prevent rice drooping: 112 persons

3. Supporting living improvement committee for woman farmers

• Research study of managers of life improvement club: 300 persons
• Projects and special activities sponsored by each administrative units.: 20
• Cooperation with Japanese woman group: 32 persons in 1 times

4. Developing and distributing of clean brand for 4-H agricultural products

• 10 items for brand development
