Strawberry

The Jirisan Hamyang Strawberry is cultivated in advanced greenhouse with organic farming. Therefore it has high freshness and sugar contents that it is exported even to Japan.

Chestnut

Cultivated on the mountain as high as 300-500m above sea level, more 8,000 ton of the Jirisan Hamyang Chestnut is produced. It last longer in storage and has high sugar contents.

Apple

The apple produced in Jirisan Hamyang is the special product the Hamyang-gun is proud of. Annual production is 9,000 ton. Because it is produced in highland as high as 250 m above sea level and the temperature difference between day and night is big, it has distinctive color, sugar and last longer. To meet right delivery, the apple selection facility was constructed by investment of 870 million won for the first time in Korea and 24 types of apples are selected to be delivered.

Onion

The Jirisan Hamyang Onion is cultivated at highland as high as more than 200 meter above sea level that it has good flavor and last longer in storage. It is exported to Japan and Taiwan.

Baby's Breath

The Jirisan Hamyang Baby's breath is cultivated at high land as high as 600 meter above sea level and 200 ton is produced annually. The mist flower which is proud of its best quality is delivered from mid-summer to late fall (early November) when it is cultivated in greenhouse and the flower is famous for its mist-like beauty.

Craftwork

Vessel for Memorial Service (Jegi)

It is produced with wood grown in Mt. Jirisan. It is finished with lacquer and has good quality traditional vessel for memorial service for the deceased.

Sunokjuk Tea (Sunokjukcha)

Sunokjuk is the perennial belonging to lily. The Sunokjuk Tea is made of the root of sunokuk by the traditional secret manufacturing method (manufacturing patent no: 1167120 called 9 jungupo. It tastes light sweet and has no caffeine.

Mulberry Leaf Tea

The mulberry leaf is recognized as chemicals-free health food according to scientific researches that its consumption is increasing.

Solomon's-seal (Dunggulre)

The tea of Dunggulre is processed with the solomon's seal (Dunggulre) which is raised by absorbing morning dew around the Mt. Jirisan. The tea of Dunggulre is produced as much as 55 ton annually and selected as one of excellent products. Having the taste of hometown, it is well recognized to be a healthy tea for urban dwellers. The tea is manufactured by boiling the root of Dunggulre, the perennial nine times and drying it nine times. It is a healthy tea and is famous for its taste as same as Sungnyung tea.

Honey

The honey is good for a lot of diseases. For digestive disorder, 3-5 spoonfuls of honey is taken with ginseng, jujube, and ginger. For stamina, it is mixed with garlic to be taken at any times. For postpartum care, kidney, urinary bladder, remove the inner thing from old pumpkin and put honey in it and boil and squeeze it to have juice. This juice is effective to cure the above disorders.

Chrysanthemum Liquor

The chrysanthemum has been respected as a good spiritual grass since ancient times. In China, the chrysanthemum has been used a lot for long life as because it is known to blossoms in the area where legendary hermits with miraculous powers reside. There are poems that people are intoxicated by the smell of chrysanthemum which is soaked by the dew of late autumn and it liquor. As such, Donguibogam, the traditional Korean medicine book says that the Jirisan Chrysanthemum Liquor has been transferred from 1500 years ago. Actually, our ancestors had enjoyed the liquor even before that time above.

Chrysanthemum Tea

Collected around Mt. Jirisan, the Jirisan Chrysanthemum Tea, which had been enjoyed by our ancestors, is the first reemerged product.

Bugak(Fried wild vegetables)

Made with wild vegetables collected around Mt. Jirisan, it has peculiar taste and flavor that it is good for the function of human body.

Bamboo Salt (Jukyeom)

The phosphate Jukyeom is made by collecting clean water around Mt. Jirisan and uncontaminated soil and setting fire on the pine resin. It is the world best health food.
