Performance

1. Component of the refined product of Japanese apricot

  • Unpolished rice (5 - 10%), sticky rice (4 - 10), black bean (2- 5), barley (4-10), tear-grass (2 - 5), powder of Japanese apricot (0 - 6.2), extract of Japanese apricot (4 -1 10), grape sugar (50-80)
  • How to make tablets of Japanese apricot : mixing of material → formation of granules (sized to 20 mesh) → drying (for 3- 5 hours) → screening (sized to 20 mesh) → mixing with lubricant material → making tablets (100mg) → color coating → finished products

2. Developing jam manufacturing technology by using non-marketable colored sweet pepper

  • Optimal component of paprika jam: Paprika (sweet pepper) 5-50, white sugar 6-10, water 0-50%
  • How to manufacture : material → cleaning →pretreatment (cutting, chopping and grinding) → adding sugar → condensing → filling → sanitation → cooling → finished products
  • Effects and characteristics
    • - By processing the non-marketable paprika further, it enhances the productivity of products
    • - The jam is excellent in color and has a little sweetness
    • - It satisfies a variety of customers' tastes with its various colors

3. Developing teabag-type green tea for bath by using low grade green tea

  • How to manufacture : heating leaves of green tea → roasting → drying it with far infrared rays → grinding (sized to 50 - 80 mesh) → mixing materials (green tea: 80%, iris: 20%) → putting it on non-woven fabric (20g) - sealing
  • How to use : make the bathing water at 50 °C and put the tea bag of green tea for bath into it for 10 - 20 minutes and then enter into the bath water

4. Developing how to make the citron granule tea

  • How to make : citron → cutting → removing the seeds → squashing (adding the water of about 20% of total volume) → extracting (at 85°C and for 60 minutes) → forming granule (citron: 1, grape sugar: 5, sugar: 0.5, fruit juice: 0.05) → drying → packing → finished products

6. Developing new pot cultivation method for mushroom

  • Removing top part of plastic film is better than completely removing plastic film for the growth and bearing of fruits
  • Volume: increased from 191 g/pot in complete removal of plastic film, to 512 g/pot in removal of top plastic film

7. Developing new technology for processing agricultural products

  • Processed products with export crops: Paprika jam, Salted eggplant
  • Processed products with special local crops: tea of barley bud, and beverage made of citron
  • Processed products with onion to create new consumption: sauce or picked food
  • Processed food made of sweet persimmon : snack, jam, and vinegar
