1. Developing how to make Eucommia ulmoides tea
- Manufacturing processes : harvesting young leaves → washing → drying → parching → products
- Main components: crude protein 28.9, crude fat 7.1, crude ash 7.3, unprocessed nitrogen free extract 56.7%
- Results: transferring technology to related industries and applying for patents
2. Collecting and selecting excellent source of genes for medicinal plants
- Collectng genes sources for Atractylodes japonica : selecting 5 lines which are resistant to disease and which have great yield among 683 lines
- Collecting Chrysanthemum boreale: Selecting 4 lines which have great yield among 130 lines
- Collecting resources for Polygonatum odoratum : Selecting 4 lines which are resistant to disease among 816 lines
3. Making the functional granular tea for Eucommia ulmoides leaf
- extracts from Eucommia ulmoides leaf + auxiliary agent for functional medicinal plants
4. Establishing growing method for Chrysanthemum boreale
- spacing of planting, fertilizing and pest control
5. Screening medicinal plants for anti-rheumatism around Mt. Chirisan
- 20 species including Maclura tricuspidata
6. Research on the growing method of medicinal plants by intercropping Eucommia ulmoides
